For early morning flights, this was a great space to relax and unwind before you take off. It was clean and quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast options. You can gain access to if you’re a DragonPass member.

The ambiance is great, the lounge is much quieter compared to the general Billy Bishop departures area. Service and food selection is great and comparable to, if not better than, the food options in the departures area. Highly recommend if you have access. You can even pay per visit if you don't have access! $55/visit as of 2023-06.

As a frequent work traveler, it’s rare that I look forward to spending time in an airport… unless I am passing time at the Billy Bishop lounge. Not only is the area open, bright, and clean, the service is Michelin star-level. The bartenders David and Marina are a pleasure to chat with and see each month. They are some of the hardest working staff at the airport, as you can imagine from the downtown city airport… The bar selection is varied and high quality, not just bare bones alcohol. You can tell they cared to curate an enjoyable experience. The food and snacks are also some of best I’ve had in any airport lounge; the croissants are always fresh and crispy! All the above to say, if I didn’t have the lounge included with my travel privileges, I would probably pay for this lounge every time I went through Billy Bishop.

We had a flight out of Billy Bishop on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t busy here at all. There are basically two always to enter the lounge. I think one is with credit card passes or a membership in a lounge program. The other way is via Air Canada either with status or with the top tier Air Canada co-branded card. We had access via Air Canada so they just scanned our boarding passes and we were in. The food selection was limited. However, it was just before lunchtime so they may have been transitioning the food. Despite that, I grabbed some rice and it was good. There was also this rice like snack that was a little spicy. That was great too. There is sparkling water on tap so that was nice. I got myself a couple of glasses. Overall, a good lounge experience.

One of the best airport lounges in Canada. Plenty of lounging or work space. The food and snack selection is great and the alcohol options at the bar are fantastic.

One of the best lounges I have ever been to is the Air Canada Lounge. Every aspect of this lounge, from the food to the desserts, atmosphere, and design, is exceptional. The variety and quality of the food are impressive, with a wide selection of delicious options to satisfy any palate.
